If you have just completed the Leaner Stronger Program (Part 2) … Congratulations—you did it! Another 28 days is over…by now you should have the hang of things. PART THREE OF THE LEANER STRONGER PROGRAM

Experience Level: Intermediate
Program Duration: 4 weeks

This is the conclusion to our three-part physique transformation series.

During the past 4 weeks you should have been noticing your pants fitting looser or your shirts not as snug. Meals should be easier to coordinate and the workouts being more intense. You may now have the strength, energy, and determination to really make a change for the rest of your life.

That short-term experience is yet another marker in your journey of making a difference; not just with building a better body, but a better life. But you still need to progress your results all the way till your desired goal is achieved.

In the next 4 weeks that follow a lot can happen since your metabolism and muscles are more in sync with the work you have displayed in the previous weeks. This means that over the next 28 days you will have the biggest fat loss and the best muscle gains.

NOTE: During these next 4 weeks you will continue to implement, and improve upon, the essential guidelines presented in the 28-Day Leaner Stronger Program. However, you will be provided with even more advanced techniques and strategies for physical training to make certain you avoid hitting a plateau and maximize your potential.

PHYSICAL TRAINING: PROGRESSIVE RESISTANCE AND AEROBIC TRAINING WORKOUTS

In the previous weeks you have been increasing your resistance so you are able to work the muscles with greater intensity (level of effort). Therefore, you have prepared the body for higher intensity exercise and are better capable to proceed to the next easy-to-follow, systematic phase designed to increase lean muscle (tighten, tone and sculpt), optimize your workouts, and maximize your results.

You will learn about set variables to give exercise an added “challenge”, in order to “surprise” the muscles to a new level of strength and development and to add variety to the program as it makes the process more interesting if the demands change now and again.

Strength training workouts can be done at home, but preferably performed at the gym (due to greater access and variety of proper equipment). In addition, this training program includes aerobic training to not only increase fat loss but to improve overall body conditioning. You’ll also be introduced to our unique interval training workouts that challenges your aerobic capacity, while enhancing fat-burning as well as stimulating muscle growth. The combined time for all physical training (strength training workouts and cardio sessions) is estimated at only 3-4 hours per week.

The Exercise Guide provides detailed photos and helpful instruction for every exercise within the program (strength training exercises and dynamic interval training movements) so you know how to perform each exercise correctly.
